Here are the 2011-2012 Perfect Attendance tag designs.  Choose the appropriate number of designs based on your attendance schedule, and enter the desired imprint in the text box below each chosen design (must be logged into your account).  You can also select the shape of the tag!  Once you are finished, click the Request Free Proofs button.

Once you have an account, return to this page (PA Central on the left side navigation menu) and request your free Perfect Attendance tag proofs.  Our Perfect Attendance products add a tremendous emphasis to your Perfect Attendance goals.  We make things very easy for you-- you pick the tags that you like, and we'll create colorful and exciting tag designs for each tag chosen.  Then, throughout the year, when you know how many students had perfect attendance during a specific period, you order that many tags and we ship them to you.  Depending on your location, you will receive your tags within 1-5 business days.

There is no cost for requesting proofs.  In fact, we will post your proofs for the whole year for FREE!  Requesting and viewing proofs does not obligate you to purchase any specific number of tags during the year.
